To minimise the possibility of exposure to our staff and customers, I will ensure that the business follows all relevant guidelines which are provided for by NSW Health.

In particular, that staff have thoroughly washed their hands and are wearing food handling gloves before touching any produce (while this has always been standard practice for us, it will now be given the very highest priority)

Any staff member who shows any signs of flu-like symptoms will be sent immediately to a see a health professional and not return to work until they are medically cleared to do so.
